You must not use QUOKKA AI services to break the law, violate platform rules, deceive users, harvest credentials, abuse children, distribute malware, or target systems without authorisation.

You must not use our systems to create or automate harmful content, coordinated harassment, exploit distribution, or fraudulent claims.

You must not attempt to overload, reverse engineer, scrape at abusive rates, or bypass access controls on our sites or APIs.

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access where usage patterns create risk for service stability, compliance, or reputation.

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with service providers, customers, or regulators where required.

Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate suspension, data access restrictions, and contract termination.
