Community Guidelines

Standards for respectful participation in QUOKKA AI-hosted communities, interactive systems, and feedback channels.

If you use a QUOKKA AI interactive experience, closed beta, support community, or content surface, these guidelines define the baseline behaviour expected from participants.

Participate in Good Faith

Be respectful, clear, and constructive. Challenge ideas without abusing people. Avoid impersonation, spam, brigading, or low-effort disruption.

Feedback is welcome when it helps improve a product, workflow, or operating experience.

Protect Other Users

Do not post personal information, attempt to dox people, share credentials, or encourage unsafe behaviour.

If an experience includes rewards, community mechanics, or user-generated content, you must not manipulate participation through bots, collusion, or exploit abuse.

Moderation

We may remove content, restrict participation, or close access to protect users, maintain service quality, or comply with platform rules.

Moderation decisions are made to preserve safety and operational integrity, not to guarantee a public debate venue.
