1. Discovery and Deposits
Unless a signed proposal states otherwise, discovery retainers and commencement deposits reserve delivery capacity and are generally non-refundable once work has started.
If a project is cancelled before scheduled work begins, any refund treatment is assessed against the contract and the actual preparation effort already committed.
