How QUOKKA AI handles billing corrections, prepaid usage, and cancellation for model access and product plans.
Product plans, when they exist, are billed against product usage or a published plan — not against consulting retainers, GPU hours, or resold cloud credits. Refund handling depends on the signed terms and unused prepaid balance.
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, prepaid model-access credits and billed plan periods are generally non-refundable once inference usage has started.
If access is cancelled before any usage has occurred, unused prepaid balance is reviewed against the applicable terms.
